The support is provided exclusively by members of the Linux Mint development team. We're not sub-contracting. The help you receive comes from the people who make Linux Mint.
100% of the money generated through support goes to the support team. Most Linux Mint developers are benevolent volunteers. They are not paid for the work they do on the distribution itself.
Support is given via a Web support ticket system.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we issue a refund and give you your money back.
