jason.oliveira * * * * * Kopete is much more feature-rich than any other IM client for linux. Video/Audio chat has been included for ages, and is quite stable. supports almost every IM protocol ever created.
timmi * * * * * Although it says KDE, I use it with success under Gnome. Has much wanted videochat (but haven't tried that yet). Seems more versatile than Pidgin. Has multiple profiles for different accounts.
