Many congratulations to Zwopper - who continues his undefeated run!
Thanks also to everyone who voted.
We are still working on setting up the 'Wallpaper of the Week' section on the mintART site (any news on this McLovin?) - we'll make an announcement as soon as its up.

Thank you all!
Well I redid it a couple of times, and apparently it finally became what you wanted!
Thank you again!
One of the great things about this whole "Wallpaper Of The Week" thing (IMHO) is that
it makes all us creative souls out here try even harder to supply our finest artwork to the finest Linux distribution of them all,
and because there are clearly set standards, it's easy for anyone who wants to participate.
Linux Mint can only benefit from more user input in my opinion,
and since this forum is very active in suggesting improvements and making requests the artwork can only get better and better.
Hopefully the artwork will broaden to include icons, system sounds, mouse pointers, splash screens, all sorts of Linux Mint branding.
(I have a couple of ideas, but I don't know how to implement them yet, but that's another thread! )
To round off...
I'm glad that so many of you like my artwork!
Thank you yet again!
(Of to pickup that new synthesizer)

Thanks kanishka!kanishka wrote:I want them as the default!
I think Jernau's Carbon will make an excellent default, but maybe these might show up as an alternative you never know.
Whatever Clem decides has to be good, since Linux Mint has his name on it, and it's he who will get bashed or honored for making the choice, good or bad.
Although his choices so far has been brilliant!

Yeah, Carbon is really awesome too. I don't envy Clem, it will be a hard choice
